Standard Labs prepares, tests, and ships all orders from within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day when placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Cost
Shipping is a flat $15 per order, and orders of $250 or more ship free. Fulfilled in the USA with same-day dispatch before the daily cutoff.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, and you can follow its progress on our Track Order page.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident, plain outer packaging with no branding on the outside.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at hello@standardlabs.store and we will investigate with the carrier.
