Because our products are research chemicals, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. We stand behind the integrity of every shipment.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@standardlabs.store with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange a return before sending anything back.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of our receiving the returned item or approving a claim. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
